Refunds

  • Return/Exchange Period: 2 days from the date of purchase.
  • Return Location: Visit Qasim Pharmacy store (use store locator to find a location).
  • Required for Return: Original receipt.
  • Product Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items:

Late or missing refunds

  • Processing Time – Refunds typically take 7 days to be processed.
  • Bank Delays – Check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
  • Refund Method – Issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Non-Refundable Items – Certain products, including medicines and baby care items, cannot be refunded due to safety regulations.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping policy and returns

  • The following fees apply to Qasim pharmacy deliveries:
  • Service Zone only in Lahore
  • Order Value below Rs. 4500 – Rs. 150 delivery fee
  • Order value Rs. 4500 and above – Free Delivery
  • Non-Service Zones
  • Order weight below 0.5 kg – Rs. 270 delivery fee
  • Order weight above 0.5 kg – Rs. 270 delivery fee, plus Rs. 270 for each additional kg above 0.5 kg.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Bhoghiwal baghbanpura}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
